Jacob “Jake” Wayman is an entrepreneur and Fractional Chief Revenue Officer who helps founder-led and middle-market businesses build predictable growth and consistent execution. He partners with owners and leadership teams to install two systems that work together: a repeatable revenue engine (pipeline, sales process, CRM discipline, forecasting, and strategic relationships) and an EOS-style execution cadence (annual and quarterly VTO planning, scorecards, priorities/Rocks, weekly meeting rhythm, and issue-solving discipline). The result is clarity, accountability, and momentum that doesn’t depend on the owner pushing everything uphill each week.

 

Jake’s work is rooted in real operator experience. He and his wife, Regan, are multi-unit franchise owners of Orangetheory Fitness in Wichita, leading a team across three studios and building a premium member experience through strong culture and consistent execution. He also supports organizations through business development strategy, partner activation, and structured execution—helping teams turn relationships into revenue and plans into progress.

 

Deeply invested in Wichita, Jake has long been active in civic leadership and entrepreneurship, including Rotary Club of Wichita and various community initiatives supporting business growth. He holds degrees from Wichita State University, the University of Kansas Medical Center, and Newman University. Jake and Regan live in Wichita with their children and enjoy building businesses, community, and a life centered on faith, family, and purpose.
